I know how to code seven segment display.

What all i need is that i want to know how can i physically connect this external seven segment display with my FPGA Starter kit.

 

Are you not sure how to drive a 7-segment display?  Or is there a specific problem you're trying to work around?
There should be lots of information on the internet covering 7-segment displays.
 
Do you know how many FPGA outputs you need?
Do you have a datasheet and pinout for the 7-segment display?
Are you going to hand wire a prototype board with the 7-segment display on it?

i only need to know which port of Spatran 3E starter kit allows for connectivity with external world. I think i am not making u clear.  kindly tell me page number of manual or website which explains it.

I found the documentation for the Spartan 3e Starter kit.  You'll need both the USER GUIDE and the board schematics.  The User Guide will tell you which connectors on the board are available for add-on boards.  The schematics will tell you which FPGA pins are connected to the connector you want to use.
 
UPDATE:  It looks like the USER GUIDE includes tables for the expansion connectors which list the connected FPGA pins, so you probably don't need the schematics.
 
UPDATE2:  The schematics are in the USER GUIDE.
